As our Head of Growth Marketing (m/f/d), you will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling a global demand generation and pipeline acceleration strategy to drive new business and revenue growth. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, work cross-functionally with Sales leaders, Partner managers, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Content, and Design teams to optimize full-funnel performance. This is a high-impact, strategic role in a fast-growing SaaS environment, reporting to the CMO.
- Develop and execute GBTEC’s global growth marketing strategy to drive lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth.
- Grow and lead a global high-performing demand generation team of 8 people, scaling efforts across digital paid media, ABM, and Field Marketing campaigns.
- Own cross-functional alignment with Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing Operations to define and execute ABM and outbound/inbound/lifecycle marketing programs.
- Set clear objectives and KPIs, ensuring accountability and professional development within the team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, promoting data-driven decision-making.
- Drive performance and efficiency by implementing best practices, automation, and streamlined processes.
- Own multi-channel campaign execution (Paid Search, Social, SEO, ABM, Email, Web Optimization, and Events) to drive SQLs and revenue.
- Partner with Brand and Content teams to ensure compelling storytelling and value messaging across all touchpoints and to optimize CTAs.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to develop data-led attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget dedicated to demand generation programs and campaigns to maximize pipeline and revenue impact.
- Oversee and execute Field Marketing strategies to drive local pipeline growth and regional engagement.
Dein Profil
- 10+ years of experience in global demand generation, performance marketing, and growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
- Proven leadership experience, managing global teams and marketing budgets.
- Expertise in ABM, paid media, SEO, SEM, field marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM, marketing attribution models, and lead/pipeline forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, Zoominfo, Demandbase), Asana, Semrush).
- Proven track record in building multi-channel growth programs and campaigns, increasing SQL conversion rates, and influencing revenue growth.
- Fluent to native-level English proficiency required
