Deine Aufgaben

As an Account Executive at GBTEC, you’ll be pivotal in acquiring new customers and fostering brand advocacy. Embracing the entirety of the sales journey, your innovative approach to business development will be crucial. By engaging in complex deals, your curiosity and leadership will set the standard in the BPM industry. GBTEC seeks dynamic individuals eager to drive change and excel in their sales careers.

  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, leveraging creative strategies to target new business opportunities.
  • Effectively manage and convert prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Secure new clients in untapped markets.
  • Convey and champion the value proposition of GBTEC, generating enthusiasm and commitment among prospects.
  • Iterate and optimise messaging to enhance the effectiveness of outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Educate senior executives on the significance of the Business Process Management (BPM) industry and establish GBTEC as a frontrunner.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create targeted strategies that unveil value for stakeholders. 

Dein Profil

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in selling technology solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing large deals
  • Experience in SaaS and enterprise software sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with various stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset 
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel occasionally to meet customers
  • Ability to work 2-3 days per week in one of our hubs in London or Liverpool preferred
