Process Days 2021 celebrates its international debut covering all aspects of BPM and digitization

For the first time, GBTEC opened its Process Days to an international audience with a new record number of participants in the home market DACH and globally. The virtual roadshow, which took place in German on September 16 and in English on September 23, inspired the audience with lively and insightful presentations on digital transformation and holistic BPM as the core for a successful digital change.

"The debut of our Process Days on the international stage was a huge success. In our home market DACH, the event has long been an absolute must for all digitization and BPM experts. I am therefore delighted that we have now rolled out this format globally with great results" says Gregor Greinke, founder and CEO of GBTEC Software AG. "Both days of the event were loaded with top-class presentations by recognized keynote speakers, domain specialists and BPM experts, who impressively demonstrated the possibilities of digital transformation and shared valuable practical experiences."

Due to the great demand, GBTEC is offering the Process Days 2021 as a recording on its website. Interested parties who were unable to attend the event will be given access to all presentations. The recording of the English Process Days with a keynote by Senior Operations Executive Dan O’Neill and a Q&A panel with the interviewees of the Process Pioneers Podcast can be requested here.

Presentations highlight the future of digital transformation and cover the entire BPM lifecycle

True to the motto "The next BIC thing for your digitalization", the Process Days 2021 were all about the digital business process management of tomorrow. The event started with exciting keynote presentations in which the renowned industry experts Prof. Dr. Gunter Dueck and Dan O'Neill highlighted the current challenges of digitization and the strategic levers required for a promising business transformation.

In the following presentation, the participants were able to see for themselves how easily digital business process management can be implemented with software support. Co-founder Marc Stromberg used a product demonstration to show how the interaction of different BPM components such as process simulation, process automation and process mining can create an intelligent control center for the digital management of the entire company.

Customer examples of successful process automation in business practice as well as an outlook on the highlights of the upcoming functional enhancements of the BPM-Suite BIC Platform rounded off the event.

Due to the enormous international success and the excellent response, GBTEC plans to further expand the Process Days next year

"The feedback on this year's Process Days was great and encourages us to expand the virtual roadshow to other markets next year," says Greinke. In particular, participants praised the event's organization and content: "Very successful event and great organization with lots of interesting impulses and user examples." The conveyed vision and future direction was also well received by the audience. One attendee said: "It is good and important to see that you are using your longtime experience for further development and have a clear vision for the future. Thank you for taking us on this journey."

GBTEC plans to offer the Process Days in 2022 as a hybrid event in at least three languages and will again rely on renowned keynote speakers for this purpose.
