Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in the B2B Saas sector

Your mission

As a Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you are part of our global marketing team and the driving force behind the successful positioning of our products with regard to the expectations and use cases of our international customer target groups. You will develop effective value propositions, a strategy for differentiation from the competition and provide customer insights for sales and marketing. Through in-depth market analyses and close collaboration with product management, sales and the other marketing teams, you will ensure that our customer target groups quickly and clearly recognise the benefits of our solutions.

  • Product marketing strategy: Develop a deep understanding of our global target group and create a clear positioning, messaging approaches focussed on customer value and compelling messages.
  • Market analysis: Analyse market trends, competitors and customer needs to continuously optimise product strategy and messaging.
  • Customer segmentation, ideal customer profiles and personas: Define and update customer segments, ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and personas based on market and customer data. Develop strategies for a targeted approach and improved personalisation of marketing measures.
  • Content creation: Write compelling content for all marketing channels (website, social media, emails, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) in close collaboration with our content and web teams to effectively engage our target groups across the entire buying and customer journey.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales support materials such as argumentation guides, presentations, product brochures and battle cards.
  • Analyst Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with relevant analysts to position our company as a leading provider in the areas of BPM, EAM and GRC.
  • Ecosystem and Partnerships: Build a strong network and foster collaborations for joint market development and value creation.
  • Thought leadership: Work closely with the content marketing team to establish our company as a thought leader for AI-powered business transformation.

Your profile

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a comparable qualification.
  • At least five years of marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing, ideally in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, operational excellence and a good understanding of customer expectations and needs.
  • Sound experience in positioning, messaging, launch management and partner marketing. 
  • Proven track record of developing clear product positioning and differentiation that puts the customer at the centre to achieve growth objectives.
  • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills to convey complex issues clearly and persuasively.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
