Your mission
As an Engineer (m/f/d) Cloud Services & Support, you will help our international B2B customers to use our software in a targeted manner and achieve a high level of service. You are the contact person for our customers regarding the operation and further development of the cloud infrastructure as well as the use of our award-winning BPM software. As a team player, you are part of a motivated team and involve interface areas such as product development and product management in finding solutions.
- Contact person for our customers (B2B) for the optimal use of our software
- Analysis and processing of tickets for possible malfunctions and responsibility for problem solving (incident and problem management)
- Creation, configuration and monitoring of environments in public and private clouds
- Responsibility for the installation, updates and administration of our BIC products
- Handling customer-specific questions about cloud operation and connecting external infrastructures and APIs
- Identifying problem solutions and efficiency potential in close cooperation with product development and product management
Your profile
- Strong customer focus and the ability to understand customer perspectives and challenges
- Professional experience in similar roles with high customer contact. Completed training or studies, ideally computer science, IT specialist (m/f/d)
- Initial experience in server operation and cloud hosting of software products. We use Linux-based servers and Docker container technology with AWS, Azure and other cloud providers.
- Affinity for structured processing of analysis, troubleshooting and root cause analysis including the use of tools to improve repeatability and automation of processes. We mainly use Elastic Search, Kibana, Docker, terraform and Let's Encrypt.
- High awareness of information security, data protection and IT service management
- Ability to work in a team and very good German and English skills
