Commercial employee / order processing specialist (m/f/d)

Your mission

As a Commercial Employee / Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing and implementing order processing in collaboration with the Administration and Finance team. You will process orders in our ERP system Navision (from 2025 Business Central), take care of order confirmations and communicate with interface departments. As a team player, you are part of a motivated and rapidly growing team and are ready to take on tasks independently and drive them forward.

  • Processing of customer orders incl. order confirmations
  • Invoicing our customer contracts and monthly services provided
  • Taking over master data creation and maintenance in the ERP system Navision / Business Central
  • Processing written and telephone enquiries
  • Competent contact person for our customers, business partners and employees
  • Support in the creation of business analyses and evaluations

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience as an employee / clerk (m/f/d) in the commercial area / order processing / accounting / finance / administration or in similar specialisations
  • Good knowledge of order processing, ideally with Navision / Business Central
  • Confident use of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Goal-orientated way of working
  • Strong customer orientation and organisational skills
  • Positive and open hands-on mentality
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
