Your mission

As a UX/UI Designer (m/f/d), you will develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our market-leading BPM platform. Your goal: delivering a top-tier user experience that enables our customers to efficiently manage and optimize their processes.
- Designing modern UX/UI concepts for our web applications
- Developing intuitive user flows for our BPM platform
- Supporting the optimization of transaction-oriented web applications
- Fine-tuning implementation in HTML and CSS
- Creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conducting usability tests and analyses to enhance user experience
- Developing design systems and style guides for a consistent look & feel
- Keeping up with current UX/UI trends and deriving innovative solutions
- Collaborating closely with product owners and development teams for optimal technical implementation
Your profile
- Completed studies in UX/UI design, media informatics, communication design, or a comparable field
- Strong design skills and a keen sense of usability, design, and typography
- Experience in the conception and implementation of digital applications
- Understanding of technical requirements for interactive applications
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and ideally JavaScript, Angular
- Experience in optimizing for mobile devices (responsive design)
- Good in German and very good English skills (C1) required
