As the Field Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - North America, you will be a key member of GBTEC’s globalGrowth Marketing team, working closely with central channel, events, and operations teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across regional marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to support demand generation and customer engagement efforts. This role requires a data-driven, creative, and hands-on marketer who can align marketing initiatives with sales goals, drive event planning and execution, and optimize global campaigns to generate high-quality pipeline for the region.
- Local Audience Targeting: Identifying and understanding the unique characteristics, needs, and preferences of the US market GBTEC operates in.
- Event & Conference Management: Own the planning, execution, and ROI measurement of industry events, trade shows, and regional customer meetups. Partner with sales to ensure maximum lead conversion.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Collaborate with central Marketing Operations teams and the sales team to develop and execute ABM campaigns that drive engagement with targeted accounts.
- Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with marketing materials, messaging frameworks, and customer insights to improve conversion rates and sales cycles.
- Partner & Channel Marketing: Work with strategic partners to co-market solutions, develop joint campaigns, and maximize exposure in key segments.
- Localization & Content Strategy: Adapt global marketing messaging and assets to resonate with US target audiences, ensuring relevance and impact.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with the global Growth Marketing team and central channel, events, and operations teams to align field marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Your profile
- 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Experience in organizing and managing events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
- Strong understanding of ABM strategies and ability to contribute to account-based marketing programs.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for better performance.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and ABM platforms.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the North American market landscape, customer behaviors, and industry trends.
- You should live in the Boston / Providence area to be able to occasionally meet with colleagues in our Providence office.
