We understand that searching for a new career opportunity can often associated with uncertainties and stress. We at GBTEC have been through this phase ourselves and therefore want to be as transparent as possible regarding our application process. Our goal is to connect talented individuals with the right positions.

Your steps to a new position

Every applicant at GBTEC follows a very similar process tailored to the respective position. Typically, it takes about 30 days from the receipt of your application to the signing of the offer letter.

Your Application

Once you have found an interesting position at GBTEC, you can submit your application through our user-friendly form on our website. We want to get to know you better, so we ask for the following application details:

  • Resume
  • Salary expectations
  • Earliest possible start date
  • Certificates
  • Nice to have: Cover letter – if you want to tell us more about yourself and your motivation

Our Tip: Before submitting, check your contact details (email and phone number).

We review your documents

~ 1 week

After submitting your application, our recruiting team will review them. If you meet the requirements, we will continue the process. If we see another suitable position for you, we will actively suggest it.

A virtual interview with the recruiting team

~ 45 minutes

Your first direct contact with GBTEC is typically though a virtual interview (approx. 45 min.) with our recruiting team. We want to get to know you, understand your goals and expectations, and answer your questions you may have. 

Our Tip: Be authentic and show why you are interested in a career at GBTEC.

The technical interview

~ 90 minutes

In the next step, we will have a conversation with the relevant department in which we will discuss your skills and experiences. You also have the opportunity to ask questions about your potential position and your future team.

Our Tip: Be yourself here too and showcase your motivations and competencies.

Good fit? Offer letter!


If everything fits right, you will receive a written offer letter from us. We will send you the contracts by email in advance and invite you to sign the contract in person, receive it by post or sign it digitally.

Our Tip: We would accept the offer ;-) If you have any questions or comments, be honest and exchange ideas with us.

Your first days as a GBTEChie


Your onboarding at GBTEC is the focus of the first days. You will get to know new colleagues, our office, our processes, and products. Before you start, you will receive a standardized onboarding plan from us.

Our Tip: Enjoy the new experiences and don't forget to bring good vibes!
